At Flutterwave, Africa's largest fintech, I led the end-to-end redesign of the business dashboard, a platform processing $16B+ in transactions. The redesign increased merchant activation by 36% and monthly active users by 25%.

Now, I’m building Kimoyo (a UX Research company backed by Google and Precursor VC), I lead product and design strategy, scaling the company to 6-figure revenue while delivering strategic insights for Microsoft, Nestlé, and other global brands navigating emerging markets.

 

So I built Kimoyo Insights, a UX research platform that turns market data into strategic clarity. Backed by Google and Precursor VC, we've become the intelligence partners for Microsoft, Nestlé, and other global brands navigating emerging markets.

Design Ecosystem

When I started, there was no structured design education community across Africa. Just individual designers working in isolation, with limited access to mentorship, learning resources, or career pathways.

I partnered with Figma to change that. What began as a single meetup in Lagos, Nigeria became Friends of Figma Africa with groups across 26 cities in 11 countries, driving continuous learning, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.

 

It's now the largest design community on the continent.
